Valentino’s SS19 collection was an absolute dream, Pierpaolo Piccioli has outdone himself this season. The voluminous black cotton off-the-shoulder dress which opened the show set the tone and was followed by a parade of slick black looks, a flash of  Valentino red, soft puff of sorbet pink taffeta and then came Piccioli’s explosion of colour and playful glamour. I loved the print and colour selections with the delicate touch of sequins and feathers, the diverse silhouettes and not to mention the whimsical footwear.
